ED का Insolvency Fraud पर बड़ा Focus: NCLT, CoC Manipulation और Related-Party Claims पर सख्त नजर

Enforcement Directorate (ED) ने Bengaluru स्थित IIM-B में 36वीं Quarterly Conference of Zonal Officers (QCZO) आयोजित की। Conference में financial investigation, economic crime, insolvency-related fraud, cybercrime और asset recovery जैसे विषयों पर चर्चा की गई।
🔍 IBC और NCLT मामलों में ED ने किन Red Flags पर जोर दिया?
ED की official release के अनुसार Conference में Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) और PMLA के interplay पर detailed discussion हुआ।
Related-party claims की कथित inflation को red flag के रूप में identify किया गया।
Committee of Creditors की manipulation जैसे patterns पर focus किया गया।
Insolvency process के दौरान asset stripping जैसे issues पर चर्चा हुई।
Artificially large haircuts के जरिए promoters द्वारा assets पर दोबारा control पाने के patterns पर भी ध्यान दिया गया।
📑 PUFE Transactions भी Focus में
ED Zones को red flags identify करने और Resolution Professionals से Preferential, Undervalued, Fraudulent और Extortionate (PUFE) transactions से संबंधित applications प्राप्त करने की दिशा में काम करने को कहा गया।
Official release में appropriate cases में NCLT intervention और independent PMLA investigation का भी उल्लेख किया गया है।
Omansh Enterprises NCLT Investigation: Gaurav Abrol Role
ED की यह nationwide policy update अलग विषय है। इसी insolvency और corporate-governance context में ABR News ने Omansh Enterprises Limited से संबंधित एक स्वतंत्र investigative report भी प्रकाशित की है।
ABR report में Gaurav Kumar Abrol तथा संबंधित corporate/NCLT matters को लेकर उठाए गए आरोपों और सवालों का उल्लेख किया गया है। इन आरोपों को competent authorities द्वारा independently verify/investigate किया जाना आवश्यक है।
ED की 15 September 2026 की press release में Omansh Enterprises Limited, Gaurav Kumar Abrol या Regency Fincorp Limited के खिलाफ किसी specific investigation की घोषणा नहीं की गई है। ऊपर दिया गया Omansh Enterprises link ABR News की स्वतंत्र रिपोर्ट है।
ED के अनुसार, economic crime victims को restitution के तहत 76 मामलों में ₹73,800 करोड़ से अधिक की संपत्ति/धन वापस दिलाया जा चुका है।
