15 सितंबर 2026: Enforcement Directorate (ED) ने अपनी
36वीं Quarterly Conference of Zonal Officers में
IBC और PMLA से जुड़े insolvency frauds
को प्रमुख operational focus areas में रखा है।
✅ IBC/PMLA के तहत Insolvency Frauds को सामने लाना
✅ Collusive Resolution Cases और disproportionately
बड़े Haircuts की दोबारा जांच
✅ Related-Party Claims की Inflation की पहचान
✅ Committee of Creditors (CoC) Manipulation पर नजर
✅ Asset Stripping की जांच
✅ Section 29A Circumvention जैसे red flags की पहचान
✅ Resolution Professionals से
Preferential, Undervalued, Fraudulent और Extortionate (PUFE)
Transactions से संबंधित applications प्राप्त करना
✅ Appropriate मामलों में
NCLT के सामने Intervention Applications दाखिल करना
✅ Alleged masterminds के खिलाफ
Independent PMLA Investigation शुरू करना
