Regency Fincorp Fund Trail: ₹10 लाख के बाद कथित ₹6 लाख आज तक नहीं मिला?
ABR News को उपलब्ध कराए गए voice record के संबंध में complainant का कहना है कि आवाज Regency Fincorp Limited से जुड़े Gaurav Abrol / Gaurav Kumar की है और बातचीत में ₹10 लाख के बाद लगभग ₹6 लाख “tomorrow” देने की बात हुई थी।
Complainant के अनुसार यह शेष रकम आज तक प्राप्त नहीं हुई। Voice की identity और बातचीत का पूरा context forensic verification का विषय है।

NCD Fund-Raising के बीच Due Diligence का सवाल
कंपनी की बढ़ती NCD / fund-raising plans और बताए गए ₹1,300 करोड़ तक के Board authorisation के संदर्भ में यह महत्वपूर्ण हो जाता है कि lenders, NCD investors, debenture trustee, rating agency और regulators के पास पुराने material fund movements की पूरी जानकारी थी या नहीं।

- Corresponding ledger/accounting entry
- Recipient और subsequent recipient
- Ultimate beneficiary
- Source of funds और end-use
- NCD due diligence के समय material disclosure हुआ या नहीं
