Screenshots में ₹29.20 पर 10,000 quantity, ₹29.65 और ₹29.75 पर bids, ₹29.85 तथा ₹30.80 के bid references और बाद में ₹31.15 तथा ₹31.20 जैसे price levels से संबंधित instructions/conversation दिखाई देती है।

जांच के मुख्य सवाल

क्या संबंधित UCC और broker account से वास्तव में ये orders place या modify हुए? कितने orders execute हुए और कितने cancel हुए? Counterparties कौन थे? क्या किसी connected person को financial benefit मिला और क्या share-price movement के बाद shares बेचे गए? इसका निर्णायक उत्तर exchange और broker के authenticated records से ही मिल सकता है।

इसके साथ यदि कथित Cash–RTGS transactions से संबंधित documentary material मौजूद है, तो उसके bank trail, source of funds और beneficiary accounts की भी स्वतंत्र जांच आवश्यक होगी।
